Are you at risk for Type 2 Diabetes? Have high blood sugar?
Our Diabetes Prevention Program is CDC-recognized and a proven way to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
What will you do?
- Attend 22 one-hour sessions
- Learn to eat healthy without giving up all the foods you love, add physical activity to your life, deal with stress
- Build power & knowledge
What do you get?
- 1-way MetroCard for each session
- Light snack at each session
